Our journey began with a simple premise: to film authentic and emotional conversations between two people as they asked intimate questions and invited viewers into their emotional space. It was a risky endeavor, but we believed in the power of human connection and the need for genuine human interaction.

When our first project, {THE AND}, became an instant global hit, garnering 55 million views and earning us an Emmy-Award, we knew that we had created something truly special.

Since 2014, we have produced over 1,200 honest and authentic conversations in locations around the world, documenting human connection in all its forms through the format of {THE AND}. The project has grown from video, to live events, an app, podcast series and card games in 12 editions and multiple languages loved by millions of people around the world.

We’ve seen over and over again that creating the space for intimate conversation and asking well constructed questions unlocks magic between people.
